No recuerdo cuándo conocí esta banda, pero es bien interesante oírlos.
We are scientists es un grupo estadounidense formado en el año 2000, y se caracterizan por su humor a la hora de promocionar sus álbumes o conceder entrevistas. Pueden verificarlo viendo su página oficial. Y éste es su mySpace.

El Karaoke inteligente no ha muerto y nos trae hoy a este fabuloso grupo, integrado por una japonesa y un par de gemelos franceses. La mujer del video es una artista llamada Miranda July, de quien encontré este curioso sitio web.

Aún no entiendo por qué la canción se llama como se llama.

Bloc party

El Karaoke inteligente trae hoy una canción que escuché por primera vez interpretada como cover por un grupo que se llama Bhang - dieron un concierto en la Universidad donde estudio.

Bloc party es un grupo inglés y se podría decir que se formó en 1998. Lo que viene ahora, apareció por primera vez en el disco Silent alarm, del 2005.

Me encanta esta canción.

Sportfreunde stiller

Hoy el Karaoke inteligente nos lleva hacia Alemania, país que además de haber ganado tres veces la copa mundial de fútbol de la FIFA, es la tierra de una de las bandas más alegres que he conocido. Se llama Sportfreunde stiller (que - me parece - significa algo así como 'fraternidad deportiva estática') y lo conformaron tres amigos por allá en el noventa y seis.

Esta canción apareció en su disco 'La bum', lanzado en agosto del dos mil siete. El video me pareció curioso. Obviamente se aceptan correcciones en la letra, si alguien es o sabe alemán. Muchas gracias a Óscar Daniel Galvis, que nos mostró esta canción. Espero que la disfruten.
